Home sick, but HAPPY NEWS!
Unfortunately, I'm home sick today with a wicked-horrible bellyache. Rar.

I've been lucky enough to see the preview and it is REALLY GOOD! Basically, it's about the trip she took to Japan with some of my other good pals in [info]hcc_cosplay , [info]ajmeow and [info]twjudy a couple years ago. They had some really awesome adventures and it is GREAT that you can read about them in super cute book form. My favorite part is the Takarazuka chapter, of course! Tako-san, too!

Tako-san is very dear to me. He was a gift from my dear friends from that trip. he There's a story about him, but you'll have to get the book to hear it!

Another one of my dear friends, Mara, and I are going to go out there and support Aimee at the con! New York is so exciting during Christmastime and it's been too long since I last visited. Oh, and Aimee and I are TOTALLY GOING TO COSPLAY CODE GEASS while there. Understand my love for Junko Minagawa and know who I'm gonna be, hehehe. It's going to be a nice con and a chance to support a good friend at the start of what will surely be a long and wonderous book career!

We are going to have so much goofy fun running about in our Britania costumes! All hail dysfunctional family, Britania! Elevens, watch out- the pink one is crazy!

Even though this blog is about my citrussy exploits and costumes, it's good to squee for friends when a good squee-ing is due!

I've known for a while and never said anything because I'm bad at announcing things like that, haha. Aimee's been there for me for so much, it only seems natural to go support her at her first big guest appearance!

It's gonna be a quick trip because it is right before finals like WOAH. It will be great to see you again! I miss my East Coast friends!

Yes! or Anime USA... I'll be there, but at NYAF you'll get two for the price of one!

The book is so cute from what I have seen. It explains so many Japanese things in a fun way! Oh GOD, the Takarazuka chapter FTW.
